QA Automation Engineer (A)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain automated functional, regression, and end-to-end tests using Playwright.
• Convert repeatable manual test scenarios into automated tests to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, investigate failures, and identify defects.
• Perform manual QA testing alongside automation to maintain coverage during platform evolution.
• Monitor automated test executions and document failures and observations in Qase.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and edge

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience, including at least 2 years of test
• Hands-on experience with Playwright strongly preferred; Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, with JavaScript particularly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Jira for defect tracking and GitHub for source control/CI integration.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and automation best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a distributed environment.
