QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Investigate customer-reported issues by reviewing tickets, reproducing bugs, and documenting
• Design, develop, and maintain test plans and test cases for core platform and enterprise features.
• Perform manual, exploratory, regression, and functional testing across the SDLC.
• Validate bug fixes and define acceptance criteria with developers.
• Contribute to automated testing frameworks and coverage.
• Monitor quality metrics and suggest testing improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven QA experience with manual and automated testing.
• Reproduce issues and create actionable bug reports.
• Good Linux knowledge and CLI troubleshooting.
• Hands-on use of Claude Code to support workflows.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or orchestration tools.
• Experience testing APIs and troubleshooting distributed systems.
