QA Lead

📋 Description

• Own quality across the product lifecycle from feature design to production monitoring.
• Develop a modern QA strategy balancing manual testing, automation, and observability.
• Introduce AI-powered testing workflows to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Build and maintain end-to-end automated test suites (Playwright preferred).
• Identify risks early and embed quality into development with Product & Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning software quality in modern product teams.
• Balanced approach to manual testing, automation, and production monitoring.
• Hands-on experience building/maintaining automated tests (ideally Playwright).
• Knowledge of modern QA practices, CI/CD, release management, testing strategies.
• Experience introducing AI tools/workflows into QA processes.
• Strong communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams with data.
