QA Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Central Quality Engineering for Caseware’s SaaS products.
• Recruit and lead a team of Software Developers in Test (SDETs) with product teams to embed quality
• Set and Execute Quality Strategy Across the Platform.
• Design and implement scalable quality strategy for a growing SaaS platform—shift testing left
• Collaborate with data and AI teams on QA for non-deterministic systems like pipelines and GenAI

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' experience leading QA or quality engineering teams within modern SaaS or cloud-native
• Expertise in building and scaling automated testing infrastructure with CI/CD integration (GitHub
• Knowledge of testing pyramid across unit to E2E, including contract and performance testing
• Solid front-end knowledge: HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript; back-end knowledge in RESTful APIs.
• Experience testing non-deterministic systems (LLMs, GenAI, agentic AI) and validation approaches
• Hands-on observability skills (New Relic) and ability to improve test signal and feedback loops.
