📋 Description

• Ensures quality control and QA compliance across the site
• Leads the site QC laboratory and backs QA Site Director
• Manages lab reports, budgets, and COE activities
• Oversees GMP inspections and CAPA processes
• Coordinates changes to methods, specs, SOPs, and records
• Drives quality-related projects and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors with 10y pharma QA experience (QC preferred)
• Experience leading teams in QA/QC
• Strong oral and written communication
• Leadership: collaboration, judgment, decision-making
