📋 Description

• Select, train, and develop staff; set objectives and provide feedback.
• Ensure group activities align with corporate goals.
• Coordinate global training to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze factors to solve problems and implement improvements.
• Evaluate procedures and implement changes to policies.
• Serve as Training SME; participate in cGMP inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in QA/biotech or related field.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proficiency with Training Systems (MasterControl, SAP Litmos).
• Strong prioritization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO13485, MDD/MDR; MDSAP preferred.
