📋 Description

Lead the QA operations team with accountability for performance, results, and QA operations spend
Support ISL Quality Management System and maintain quality standards across ISL
Drive quality culture as an enabler of business performance and growth
Lead audit readiness and participate in site governance via S&O&P processes

🎯 Requirements

Science degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in analytical testing and 3 years in QA
Deep knowledge of cGMP requirements
Experience leading QA operations and cross-functional collaboration
Strong stakeholder management and change leadership
Proven ability to develop teams and manage quality KPIs
