QA Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the QA operations team with accountability for performance and spend.
• Support ISL Quality Management System and continuous improvement.
• Ensure audit readiness and participate in site governance via S&OP.
• Position QA Operations as a value-adding partner for future business.
• Oversee document management, change control, and CAPA tracking.
• Lead cross-functional integration with QC and supplier/customer audits as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Science graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in analytical testing and 3 years in QA.
• Deep knowledge of cGMP requirements.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and quality culture.
