📋 Description

• In-Process Quality Assurance: Lead in-process audit activity to catch defects early and ensure
• Defect Identification and Containment Action: Prevent defective units from progressing by
• Quality Control Supervision: Oversee QC activity on machine/assembly areas to ensure consistent
• Final Product Quality Supervision: Lead final inspection teams and ensure compliance before
• Quality Team Capability Building: Coach QC staff, provide training, onboarding for new QCs.
• Continuous Improvement - Customer Complaint: Lead root cause investigations, drive corrective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in QA or Product Engineer at a manufacturing company; familiar with
• Ability to use QC tools for analysis: Pareto, Google Sheets, Flowchart.
• Language Skills: Good English (written) and fluent Vietnamese required.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication with internal and cross-functional teams; able to
• Problem-Solving Skills: Able to handle unexpected quality issues or urgent requirements.
