QA Supervisor - DHR Review

📋 Description

• Lead, train, and develop DHR staff; set objectives and review performance.
• Schedule DHR Reviewers for coverage, prioritization, and workload.
• Coordinate with internal customers to set priorities and resolve discrepancies.
• Train internal customers when processes change.
• Analyze trends to support system effectiveness.
• Support Quality System during internal and external audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Medical Device regulations.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, and supervisory skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; excellent organizational skills.
