📋 Description

• Design, execute, and improve testing processes to ensure software meets requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to own quality throughout SDLC
• Participate in requirement discussions and analyze business and functional needs
• Review requirements for expected behavior and testing objectives
• Create detailed system test cases for workflows, frontend, batch, and backend
• Develop field-level test cases to validate data accuracy and business rules

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, manual testing, automated testing, and QA
• Experience creating/executing automated test cases and scripts
• Hands-on experience with system testing, regression testing, UAT, and production validation
• Experience with accessibility testing including 508 compliance
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe environments
• Proven ability to work in remote teams and communicate effectively
