QC Associate - Water Quality Group Leader (Weekend Shift)

📋 Description

• Lead lab operations with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Oversee cross-training and team morale initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships and meet with clients regularly.
• Lead scheduling, training and supervision in a client-facing environment.
• Perform lab testing and support for all laboratory assays.
• Review lab results and assist with documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a scientific concentration
• Experience with TOC and conductivity testing preferred
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions
