Review and verify Safety and Health Programs, Procedures, and Training Pre-qualification
Conduct desktop Safety and Health Program audits (Manual Audits) on suppliers via the Avetta
Assist customers in closing audit gaps and providing regulatory guidance.
Verify audits and support audit closure; respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Travel up to 30% and attend trainings/meetings as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Strong understanding of federal/state regulations (OSHA, EPA, MSHA, etc.).
Comfort with online software systems and multitasking under deadlines.
Good written and oral communication; bilingual is a plus.
Attention to detail; ability to interpret data and documents; self-motivated.
Ability to travel and interact with customers and staff.
1-5 years of safety-related work experience; OSHA 30hr is a plus.
