QHSE Associate - Bilingual French OR Spanish and English

📋 Description

• The QHSE Associate reviews and verifies Safety/Health Programs, Procedures, and Training
• Hybrid option (3 days in office, 2 days work from home) for those within commutable distance to an
• Conduct desktop Safety and Health Program/Policies/Procedures audits on suppliers via the Avetta
• Assist customers in closing gaps and deficiencies identified during audits and provide regulatory
• Perform customer verifications and audit closure assistance; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Record and forward inquiries/complaints; travel up to 30% as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, MSHA; etc.) and ability to interpret
• Comfort with online software systems and basic PC/windows applications; multitasking and
• Good written and verbal communication; bi-lingual proficiency is a plus but not required.
• Analytical ability to read data, learn new information, and apply knowledge of federal/state
• 1-5 years in safety-related roles; internship in Safety/Health/Environmental is a plus; contractor
• Complete OSHA 30hr (Construction and/or General) a plus; knowledge of Environmental, O&G, MSHA
