QHSSE Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with operational teams to promote QHSSE culture across multiple business lines
• Conduct site visits, audits, inspections and compliance reviews
• Support risk assessments, safe systems of work and legal compliance
• Lead and support incident investigations and corrective actions
• Assist with development and improvement of management systems
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 knowledge
• Experience internal audits, driving compliance and supporting management systems
• Experience managing incidents, investigations and corrective actions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
