📋 Description

• Quality Analyst for Sabre-based air-travel programs in Cairo.
• Monitor, score, report on, and coach air sales/Destination Expert reps to ensure top customer
• Focus on consultative air sales, itinerary accuracy, pricing, and seamless partner integration.
• Assess responses across channels (phone, Teams, email, CRM) for responsiveness and clarity under
• Deliver actionable feedback and coaching to improve performance before client impact.
• Maintain airtight bookings, files, and systems to prevent gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Sabre GDS mastery is essential: read fare basis codes, rules, and construction logic.
• Ability to construct multiple routings/fare options and identify best value.
• Experience pricing, ticketing, exchanges, and queue management with auditing capability.
• 1–2+ years in a Quality Analyst/CX monitoring role in air travel; luxury travel sales preferred.
• Ability to score calls/chats against a sales framework and defend scores in calibration.
