🎯 Requirements

1-2+ years of Quality Analyst/Customer Experience monitoring in air travel (luxury travel sales
GDS tools experience (Sabre/Amadeus/ADX).
Deep passion for travel and strong destination knowledge.
Polished, articulate communicator with emotional intelligence and active listening.
Strong organization and attention to detail to manage multiple journeys.
Self-motivated and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
