📋 Description

• Analyze healthcare quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Translate results into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Provide guidance on SQL, SAS, DAX, data visualization, and data sources.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on data solutions.
• Lead analytical initiatives and support data architecture improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in MIS/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in data analysis or analytical programming.
• 3+ years with HEDIS or similar healthcare quality metrics.
• 3–5 years programming with SQL and SAS.
• Proficiency in two of SQL, SAS, DAX; Power BI preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
