Quality and Regulatory Specialist - Flamability Lab

📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, federal regulations, industry guidelines, and company SOPs
• Review protocols, informed consents, and case report forms prior to study initiation
• Collaborate with operational teams to embed regulatory compliance in design and delivery
• Prepare and submit documentation to regulatory agencies as needed
• Monitor regulatory changes and update QA standards accordingly
• Conduct internal audits to assure QA adherence and train staff on quality and regulatory issues

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Engineering Technology Diploma (Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience (Required)
• Supervisory experience is an asset (Preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Jurisdictional / ISO requirements
