📋 Description

• Lead customer-flow validation initiatives with Support and Field teams.
• Define end-to-end test strategies for major features and cross-component workflows.
• Own release-readiness activities for UEM modules, test pipelines, risk assessments.
• Develop playbooks and enablement materials for Support and Solutions Engineering.
• Influence test automation roadmap with scalable frameworks and AI testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, support to embed testability and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Quality Assurance, Platform/Solutions Engineering, or related roles (End-User
• Deep knowledge of UEM/MDM platforms (Workspace ONE, Intune, JAMF).
• Strong understanding of enrollment workflows, policy engines, cert lifecycles, MDM protocols.
• Experience with identity, endpoint security, and network configurations in hybrid-cloud.
• Proven ability to develop end-to-end test strategies across teams.
• Ability to influence product architecture for testability and observability.
