Quality Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• This role leads quality compliance for JuneShine Brands, ensuring food safety and regulatory
• Own day-to-day audits, corrective actions, supplier quality incidents, and documentation for launch
• Partner with New Product Team to support onboarding, risk mitigation, and quality requirements
• Serve as the go-to expert on quality compliance for cross-functional teams.
• Monitor evolving regulations and advise leadership accordingly.
• Travel for audits, onboarding, and new product launches as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 21 years or older; Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years in food industry QA/Regulatory/Operations; 2+ years managing direct reports.
• CPG experience (food, THC/hemp, beverages); certifications in Food Safety, GMP, GFSI, or Quality
• Willingness to travel up to 35% (50% for audits/onboarding).
• Hands-on QA, cGMP knowledge, audit management, CAPA, and regulatory compliance.
