📋 Description

Senior owner-side leader accountable for construction quality across Fleet’s data center portfolio.
Establish and own Fleet’s construction quality management system and inspection framework across
Lead Site Quality Managers and collaborate with Commissioning to ensure QA/QC and turnover quality.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent quality
15+ years in construction quality on large-scale, mission-critical or hyperscale projects
Proven QA/QC program ownership across CSA/MEP/power scopes; able to lead distributed site teams.
Advanced proficiency with Procore (or equivalent), quality/inspection systems, BI tools, and MS
