Quality Control Lead

📋 Description

• Perform QC inspections on produce and groceries in the warehouse
• Review inbound, storage, production, and outbound touchpoints
• Document and maintain records for all products and inspections
• Validate inbound deliveries and check temperature/pressure
• Identify and escalate food safety or quality issues
• Conduct audits and cycle counts with basic math

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience in refrigerated environments (~36 degrees)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Willing to work overtime/weekends if needed
• Thrives in repetitive, fast-paced settings
• Strong interpersonal skills
