Quality Control Manager

📋 Description

• Owner-side leader for QA/QC on a Fleet data center campus
• Independent verification of work per design docs, specs, and standards
• Reports to Quality Control Director with separate line from site leadership
• Role supports QA/QC before turnover and commissioning
• Collaborates with site construction team and Commissioning Manager
• On-site five days/week at Sparks, NV project site

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent QA/QC experience
• 10+ years QA/QC on large-scale, fast-tracked, mission-critical projects
• Experience with CSA/MEP QA/QC, inspections, NCRs, and turnover docs
• Familiarity with applicable codes and commissioning interfaces
• Proficiency with Procore (or equivalent) and MS Office
• Detail-oriented, objective, and able to lead quality in fast-paced environments
