Quality Control Manager (SPD-AF)

📋 Description

• Lead quality control for DoD fueling facility maintenance and repair projects
• Develop quality plans, inspection requirements, testing protocols, and compliance procedures
• Provide quality leadership to project teams, contractors, and maintenance personnel
• Perform preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections to verify compliance with specs and codes
• Review maintenance plans, inspect materials/workmanship, oversee testing procedures
• Identify and track non-conforming work, implement corrective actions with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate engineer or construction management with 5+ years in fueling facility
• Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, repair methods, materials, and quality-control
• Familiarity with codes, regulations, and industry standards for construction quality
• USACE EM 385-1-1 training or knowledge
• USACE CQM-C certification or ability to obtain before start date
• CCQM, CQA, or similar quality credentials preferred
