📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to quality procedures and contract requirements on site.
• Perform inspections, quality checks, and internal audits.
• Identify, analyze, and track non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Support project teams in applying BESIX quality standards.
• Maintain quality documentation and traceability of controls.
• Participate in external audits and client inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Construction, Civil Eng, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• First on-site experience is indispensable.
• Experience in quality, audits or quality management is a plus.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration ability.
