  • Technical Writing Excellence: Deconstruct complex jargon into clear instructions.
  • Systemic Thinking: Solve problems via process redesign or tool optimization.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expert in Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence, QA/L&D platforms.
