Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead quality assurance across plant operations.
• Serve as main contact for customer quality issues and audits.
• Develop and improve Control Plans, FMEAs, and PPAP submissions.
• Monitor KPIs: scrap, rework, PPM, defects; report to management.
• Implement SPC and data-driven tools like MSA per requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Quality Engineering in automotive.
• IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.
• Strong SAP knowledge; audit leadership experience.
• Problem-solving with 8D, 5-Why, Root Cause Analysis.
• Lean, Six Sigma; certification a plus; international exp a plus.
• Excellent communication across production, engineering, and customers.
