Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead QMS design, implementation, and ongoing improvement per ISO 9001:2015.
• Own development, maintenance, and governance of operational technical documentation.
• Standardize processes, ensure document control and organizational compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement via process analysis, risk management, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• Enable successful certification, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Process Eng, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2 years in quality management, process improvement, or operational excellence; ISO 9001 experience.
• ISO 9001, process mapping, document control, records management.
• Auditing practices and risk-based thinking.
• Data analysis: define, monitor KPIs; read and interpret drawings; collaborate with SMEs.
• Language: Spanish and English.
