Quality Inspector, 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Use metrology equipment to ensure product performance for highly-complex hardware, including PCBAs
• Report non-conformances when defective material is found and establish a process for containing all
• Perform critical in-process and final inspections for assembled products and subassemblies
• Develop SOPs for other inspectors to follow for day-to-day tasks.
• Support Material Review Board discussions to determine product dispositions for nonconforming

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years as a technician in the aerospace, defence or medical industry
• 2+ years of experience reading/interpreting work instructions, engineering drawings, and/or
• 2+ years of experience using calibrated tools (height gauges, calipers, micrometers, torque
• 2+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
