Quality Inspector

📋 Description

• Determines quality of ware by inspecting bottles on lehr and light stations
• Performs lehr cavity checks and processes limit samples through FPX equipment
• Performs tests such as annealing, tin, bearing surface and scratch tests
• Keeps flow of ware going through lines and communicates defects
• Operates automatic inspection equipment; makes minor adjustments as needed
• Prepares quality reports and informs Shift Foreman and Forming Department of defects

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
