📋 Description

• Perform Quality of Earnings analyses, including revenue and EBITDA normalization, working capital
• Analyze historical financial statements and underlying financial data to evaluate earnings
• Identify and investigate unusual, non-recurring, or significant items affecting reported financial
• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from data collection through
• Prepare detailed financial analyses, reports, schedules, and other client-facing deliverables with
• Communicate analytical findings to internal stakeholders and contribute to client discussions when

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in public accounting, with audit or transaction
• Direct experience with Quality of Earnings analysis or financial due diligence is strongly
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA qualification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling to analyze complex financial information.
