Quality of Earnings Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Quality of Earnings engagements including revenue and EBITDA normalization
• Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction projects from planning through completion
• Supervise analyses of historical financial statements and investigate unusual items
• Review and guide preparation of detailed financial reports, diligence analyses, client deliverables
• Act as primary client contact throughout engagements, communicating findings and leading client
• Step into detailed analytical work on complex transactions during periods of high team demand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 6+ years of professional experience in public accounting, with audit or transaction advisory
• Demonstrated direct experience delivering Quality of Earnings analyses
• Proven ability to project-manage transaction teams and serve as trusted first point of contact for
• CPA certification is preferred
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial evaluation skills with attention to detail
