🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in operational quality, risk, performance assurance, or related leadership.
• Experience building or modernizing quality management systems at scale.
• Proven success leading quality transformation with automation, AI, or digital workflows.
• Experience calibrating governance, measurement standards, methodologies.
• Ability to translate findings into executive insights and strategic actions.
