๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Conduct in-home quality assurance visits and calls; identify quality concerns and support
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints and incidents with timely communication and follow-up.
  • Document investigations and generate quality reports for management.
  • Coordinate and deliver orientation and ongoing training for care providers; ensure skill competency.
  • Monitor caregiver training compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional centers, providers, and community partners.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle for travel to client homes and training
  • Experience in caregiving, caregiver training, quality assurance, investigations, or related
  • Strong training and presentation skills; ability to teach individuals and groups.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
