PhD in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or related field.
Experience as quant researcher/trader/analyst or in hedge funds/investment banks.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in Econometrics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics.
Ability to explain complex Quant Finance concepts clearly.
