📋 Description

• Drive project cost control from start to finish
• Prepare financial forecasts and monitor project performance
• Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and final settlements
• Analyze contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities to improve profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field
• At least 3 years in a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Engineer or Commercial Engineer role
• Experience on large construction/infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial mindset and numerical skills
• Knowledge of contracts, variations and cost control processes
• Excellent Excel skills and cost management tools experience
