🎯 Requirements

Degree or diploma in quantity surveying, construction management, architecture, or related field
2+ years in construction takeoffs, estimating, or quantity surveying
Proficiency with MeasureSquare 8 and Microsoft Excel
Ability to read architectural drawings, specs, and finish schedules
Strong math and attention to detail; fluent written/spoken English
Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable computer; US overlap required
