R&D Engineer I

📋 Description

• Engineer, designs and develops new products, processes, and equipment.
• Perform testing, implementation, and documentation of changes.
• Apply scientific methods and DOE for solution development.
• Design fixtures and tooling for prototypes and material tests.
• Evaluate prototypes against specs and troubleshoot root causes.
• Adhere to QMS and regulatory standards in daily work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field.
• Design of experiments and test protocol development.
• Strong lab, analytical, and verbal skills.
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and documentation.
• Medical device industry experience desired.
• Knowledge of QMS and regulatory standards.
