R&D Laser Technician

📋 Description

• Set up and run laser CNC systems to cut high-priority samples for process development
• Collaborate with process engineers to evaluate, standardize, and support new processes
• Assist with writing SOPs and training technicians to release new processes
• Support and maintain good manufacturing processes and continuous improvements
• Communicate production status and issues to team and management

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in a technical field, military technical training, or 3+ years of related
• Ability to perform tasks with high accuracy per procedure and proper PPE for safety
• No work restrictions: able to stand, kneel, reach, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends to meet production goals
• Manufacturing or facilities experience is a plus
