Design mechanical parts for production transfer in challenging environments
Master 3D CAD models and drawings (Onshape, SolidWorks) for components and fixtures
Design for plastics suitable for injection molding and other methods
Lead prototype validation, stress testing, and field/system validation support
Collaborate with HW, V&V, FW, and external sub-contractors across regions
Coordinate part transfer to production with lifecycle methodologies

🎯 Requirements

BSc Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years in R&D mechanical engineering with hands-on experience
Experience in classic machine design: parts, assemblies, mechanisms
Manufacturing methods knowledge: machining, injection molding, coatings, materials (aluminium
Familiarity with NPI processes, DFM, DFX, and production transfer
High proficiency in 3D CAD (Onshape, SolidWorks)
