R&D Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Analyze tech & operational data to guide R&D/product roadmaps
• Prepare briefs/presentations for CTO and leadership
• Drive execution of priority R&D & tech initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Own trackers, dashboards, status updates to keep projects on schedule
• Identify risks, dependencies, and escalate appropriately
• Lead/support ad hoc projects across R&D, operations, and external relations

🎯 Requirements

• PhD required; Electrical, Mechanical, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering or related
• Experience with medical devices preferred
• Strategic consulting or business strategy/ops exposure in MedTech
• Strong PM and organizational abilities
• Ability to conduct independent product research (literature, interviews, analysis)
• Ability to bring structure to complex questions and create actionable frameworks
