Radio Frequency Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and integrate RF systems for platforms in real, contested environments
• Work across antenna, front-end, link budgets, and EW resilience
• Hands-on: build, test, and fix RF hardware in real hardware environments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong RF fundamentals: propagation, antennas, link budgets
• Experience with RF test equipment, VNAs, and measurement workflows
• Hands-on experience with RF front-ends, integration with electrical architecture
• Ability to reason from first principles and design for degraded RF environments
• Familiarity with SDR platforms and related toolchains (GNU Radio, MATLAB RF toolbox or equivalent)
• Experience in aerospace/defence or safety-critical domains preferred
