Validate and optimize the 4G/5G RAN software protocol stack for Starlink Mobile
Develop automated test cases for feature validation and perform lab and field tests
Analyze and optimize network performance; collaborate with developers to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
Experience with RAN parameter configuration, optimization, and performance analysis
Experience with Python for test automation and data analysis, plus Linux and Git
Experience developing, executing, and managing LTE/5G-NR test cases (planning and results tracking)
2+ years with eNB/gNB validation and/or modem validation
Strong understanding of LTE and 5G-NR protocols; hands-on debugging at PHY, MAC, RRC layers
