📋 Description

• Remote, full-time AR role for behavioral health billing
• Own AR follow-up to improve cash flow
• Investigate denials and holds to move claims forward
• Work with practices to resolve missing info
• Use AI tools to assist problem-solving
• Develop interventional psychiatry billing expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years AR resolution experience
• Behavioral health billing experience
• E&M and telehealth knowledge
• Payer portals experience (Availity/Navinet/PayerCompass)
• Comfort with AI tools (Claude/Gemini)
• Strong communication and adaptability
