The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant buys homes for House Buyers of America.
Follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals.
Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff
Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office)
Proven experience achieving/exceeding quotas via phone sales
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
