Remote role; conduct in-person meetings with prospects/clients as needed

Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
Meet homeowners to present offers and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Proven experience achieving/exceeding quotas through phone sales
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
