Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office)
• Proven experience in achieving quotas via phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
