📋 Description

• Position buys homes for House Buyers of America
• Follow up on leads, value properties, assess repairs, close deals
• Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and as-is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title at closing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% sales performer in prior roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office)
• Proven quota achievement via phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
