Real Estate Debt - Asset Manager - Private Credit

📋 Description

• Manage and monitor UK & European Real Estate Debt investments to support growth.
• Oversee loan servicing, performance, and covenant compliance with borrower statements, budgets and
• Conduct regular borrower meetings and site visits; discuss operational performance and ESG risks.
• Collaborate with Head of Real Estate Debt and deal teams across the loan portfolio.
• Produce portfolio updates, quarterly reviews, and deep-dive analyses.
• Support loan amendments, reporting and broader portfolio initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of asset management, loan servicing and credit risk in banks or financial
• Knowledge and experience of real estate debt lending, ideally senior debt.
• Solid working knowledge of legal documentation for real estate transactions (loan facilities
• Knowledge of real estate valuations, leases and environmental/ESG due diligence.
• Excellent numerical and data handling skills with ability to analyse/sensitize financial models.
• Organised, proactive with strong interpersonal/presentation skills and ability to manage multiple
